DESCRIPTION:
Mannitol is a white transparent solid with a sweet taste similar to sucrose, soluble in water. In food industry, it has the smallest water absorption in sugar and sugar alcohol, and has a refreshing sweet taste,so it is used for anti-sticking of foods such as maltose, chewing gum, and rice cakes, and as an anti-sticking powder for general cakes. It is a good diuretic in medicine, it can reduce intracranial pressure, intraocular pressure and treat kidney medicine, dehydration medicine, sugar substitute, it is also used as excipient for tablets and diluent for solid and liquid.
